Abstract: |
The article is devoted to the improvement of the management decision-making mechanism. The necessity of using fuzzy logic methods for forecasting the results of management decision-making is substantiated. To determine the set of methods used in the development of solutions, it is necessary to: analyze the management problem, clearly define its content and purpose; evaluate the possibility of its structuring, determine the range of possible methods that can be used in the analysis and solution of a problem situation, evaluate the conditions of application and determine the selection criteria of one or another method; develop application rules; choose a mechanism for implementing the chosen method for each stage; at the final stage – to evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen methods of developing management solutions. This is an important element of the technology of management decision-making. At the current stage of the development of management science, all possible management problems of business entities most often refer to unstructured or weakly structured, and quite rarely - clearly defined. It is noted that the solution of management problems of business entities must be considered as a sequential process consisting of certain stages (the number of which depends on the complexity of the management problem), the result of which is the development of an optimal solution to the problem, as well as the implementation of an effective mechanism for the implementation of a management decision, with further evaluation of the effectiveness of the obtained result. In wartime conditions, the enterprise works in conditions of uncertainty, i.e. there is vague quantitative information available, which justifies the relevance of the use of fuzzy set theory methods The expediency of using the additive convolution method in making management decisions in modern economic conditions, when enterprises often work in conditions of a large number of qualitative assumptions and limited access to quantitative information, is substantiated. It is proposed to use the method of additive convolution in forecasting the results of activities. Emphasis is placed on detailing the process of applying the additive convolution method. It has been proven that the use of the additive convolution method for forecasting the results of management decisions requires detailing, as it does not require a complex mathematical apparatus. A step-by-step procedure has been developed for the possibility of applying the additive convolution method with qualitative input parameters for forecasting the enterprise’s activit. |
