| Abstract: |
The article proves the expediency of developing a methodological approach to the study of processes of digital transformation of business structures in the chain of digital transformation of the enterprise - industry, region - country. The basic principles, methods and methods of providing digital transformation of business structures are structured, aimed at solving such fundamental problems as: assessing the state of digital transformation of business structures; definition of conditions of activity for providing digital business transformation; expected results and characteristics of the desired state of activity of the enterprise (desirable business model of business) as a result of digital transformation; and developing measures and mechanisms that will enhance the digital transformation of business structures from a strategic perspective. The scheme of communications between digital national economy levels is developed in the article. The basic conditions of "digital transformation" are defined. Based on the analysis of documents which define the creation of "digital" spaces in Europe and around the world, there are described basic principles of "digitalization" of Ukraine. It is noted that unification of legal and organizational measures is considered to be an important step during the integration process into the EU Digital Single Market. The attention is paid to the importance of European legal acts implementation in Ukrainian legislation. It is noted that use of information (digital) technologies is becoming increasingly important in the process of enterprise management, and the experience of successful companies proves that effective enterprise management is impossible without management of its information activities and entire corporate information system.
