Abstract:


 
The article deals with the issue of determining the trends and mechanisms of the impact of labor resources based on intellectual capital on the competitiveness of domestic machine-building enterprises under knowledge economy conditions. The essence of labor resources and intellectual capital as an important factor of influence on the efficiency of enterprises of machine-building industry was determined. Analysis of labor resources of enterprises of the machine-building complex of Ukraine was made on the basis of intellectual capital as a factor of influence on their competitiveness. The prospects for using the concept of "labor resources" within the framework of evaluating intellectual capital were outlined. The existing methods of estimating the intellectual capital of a machine-building enterprise in monetary terms were investigated. Own method, related to the main components of intellectual capital, which will contribute to the growth of the efficiency of development of domestic machine-building enterprises has been suggested. A number of recommendations have been developed that will contribute to the economic growth of the machine-building industry nationally and globally.
