Abstract: |
The article considers the possibilities of using integration processes as the basis for innovation-oriented management in the livestock sector in the post-war period and the advantages of large livestock enterprises, which provide greater opportunities for the use of labor and labor resources, deepening of production specialization, and introduction of resource and energy-saving technologies. It is noted that the motive for the development of integration and inter-farm cooperation is the economic law of the advantage of large-scale production over small-scale production. Integration and inter-economic cooperation in the industry is developing in three main directions: as a factor of ensuring closer ties between economic entities; as a factor of improving organizational forms of management in the industry through the creation of inter-economic organizations and associations; as a factor of improving management on an innovative basis in existing organizational forms of management. It is emphasized that the large-scale implementation of the system of innovation-oriented management in the livestock sector on the basis of integration and inter-farm cooperation is currently associated with certain difficulties: firstly, it is necessary to carry out appropriate training of specialists in the field of modern management; secondly, the change in the mindset of enterprise managers occurs in an evolutionary way over a long period of time. The main advantage of this management system, in our opinion, is the ability to ensure an optimal relationship between individual technological processes in the livestock sector, which leads to an increase in the production of livestock products and food security of the country. In view of this, innovation-oriented production management, as a set of technological processes, biological resources (assets) and employees involved in production, requires additional comprehensive theoretical and practical research, mainly from the standpoint of improving the organizational and economic characteristics of production through the use of innovative approaches to management and production. |
