Abstract: 

The article emphasizes that overcoming entry barriers to the hotel services market is very important not only for entrepreneurs to understand the interconnection of economic and social functions of entrepreneurship, but also for real actions that create favorable conditions for the harmonization of state and business interests in order to solve social problems of society, reduce negative effects of the crisis period. The components of hotels’ social responsibility are described.
Domestic organizations in the sphere of hotel business should fulfill the basic tasks of the concept of social responsibility of business, namely, to pay taxes in full, timely fulfill the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, take care of the environment, own personnel, implement environmentally safe and energy-saving technologies, provide services participation and involvement of charities in cooperation. It is important to understand that, even if there is a violation of the principle of profit maximization, organizations in the field of hotel business will have long-term prospects for efficient business activity, will be the key to a positive image.
As a result of such socially-oriented activities, the reputation of the hotel business organization, consumer commitment, and its financial and economic performance and level of competitiveness will tend to grow, which will not only ensure the sustainable development of the organization, but also have an impact on the economic development of all region. Model of hotels’ corporate social responsibility is suggested in the article. Recommendations for the implementation of social responsibility by organizations of hospitality industry, in particular, hotels, are developed.
