Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the evaluation indicators of the innovation activity of enterprises and the analysis of their direct or indirect influence on the innovation process, the indicators of evaluation of the open innovation process are substantiated and offered. The methodology of evaluating the influence of participants of the open innovation process on the creation and introduction of innovations in terms of their technological readiness and type of innovation has been developed for 28 Ukrainian enterprises of small and medium business. It is determined that Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises with different types of innovations have different attitudes to market conditions, opening the boundaries for information exchange, attracting participants into the open innovation process and improving the system of measuring the creation and implementation of innovations. It is revealed that the innovative process of creation and implementation of organizational and marketing innovations is more open than the innovative process of creation and implementation of product and process innovations and this is explained by the fact that the protection of intellectual property is not necessary in case of creation and implementation of organizational and marketing innovations as they do not result in production and technical know-how. It is determined that enterprises that are focused on product and process innovations are mostly manufacturing companies. The main participants in the creation and implementation of product innovations are identified as top management, employees and partners; of process innovations – as top management, employees, consumers and outsourcing. It is noted that enterprises that create and implement marketing and organizational innovations focus on attracting both internal and external participants of the open innovation process. The understanding of the array of indicators of the innovation process is deepen. Keywords: indicators, open innovation process, technological readiness of innovation. |
