According to the results of sociological research in Ukraine, apart from state awards, hundreds of departmental and regional awards are successfully operating, among them orders, medals and other honors are, which are awarded for outstanding merits to the state. Due to the circumstances mentioned above, the state should be interested in developing the state ideology, supporting the awards activity, and coordinating these processes in order to obtain the maximum effect of these initiatives introduction. The article reveals the experience of synthesis of state and public awards systems in Ukraine by providing the necessary conditions and administrative assistance.
